Song of the day: Nothing to Lose by Operator Okay, tell me the truth. Do you ever have a moment where you just stop and wonder why it is that you write? Why do you subject yourself to torturous, lonely hours of work, real work, on a book where often there seems so little reward? [...] […]

    So humbled, so grateful…

    a winter tale

Another day thinking about promotion. I have to say that it’s taking too much space in my brain and I’m failing author promo rule nb 1: write another book.

I am so close to finishing the first draft of Ancient Secret that it’s driving me crazy not to be able to finish it quickly.

    More brainstorming needed.

A little visit back in time today as I wrote my acknowledgments for Ancient Whispers. I got to think of all the people who helped me, supported me when I was so drained, working so hard during the contest and also before that when I was so lost just writing that first book.

From the writers who taught me writing all the way to those who voted for the book in the American Title, so many people involved, so much work went into this publication venture.

So humbled, so grateful. Still unconvinced that this is real.

    Blessed Be
